TurfBreeze Care and
Maintenance
TurfBreeze fans require little maintenance. However,
like all golf course equipment, proper care is needed to keep your fan in
good working condition.
Keeping fan parts lubricated is key. In addition, bearings and belt wear and
tension should be checked regularly.
If the fan operates in a corrosive or dirty atmosphere, the impeller, inlet,
and other moving parts should be cleaned on a regular basis.
Winter Storage
All debris should be cleaned from fan and all grease points should be
properly greased. Store in a covered, dry location, or cover with tarp or
fan cover. Fans left outdoors should be operated for an hour or two per
month. Attractive, durable fan covers are available for purchase through
TurfBreeze.
Preparing for Use after Storage
All debris should be cleaned from fan. Check for proper lubrication and
check to be sure all bolts are tight on the fan and base. Inspect belts for
proper tension and wear.
