PRESSURE MODE

 

The playing field is pressurized via air flow from the SubAir room through the subsurface drain lines.  Ambient air flows from the atmosphere, through an intake louver, then through the SubAir flow reversing valve.  Air then travels to the playing field via drain lines, air line connections, and the air/water separator.  Field drainage piping is isolated from the main drain line by an isolation valve located inside the air/water separator.  Any water that drains from the field to the air/water separator is discharged via float controlled submersible pumps.
